A diagnosis is a starting line, not a verdict.

If you just got your child's diagnosis, you were probably handed a folder of acronyms — ABA, SLP, OT, IEP, ASP, BCBA — and a list of phone numbers. Then someone told you early intervention matters, and in the same breath told you the wait is a year. Both of those things landing at once is a lot to carry.

Here is the part nobody says clearly enough: you are not behind, and you do not have to wait a year. We are a new practice with open availability right now, in Springboro and the surrounding Warren and Montgomery County communities. One phone call is enough to find out where you stand.

Skills learned at home stay at home.

  • Generalization is the whole game.A skill taught in a clinic room doesn't automatically transfer to your kitchen. When your child learns to ask for a snack at your counter, with your cabinets and your family, the skill is already where it needs to be.
  • Your real environment surfaces the real challenges.Bedtime, mealtimes, transitions, siblings, getting out the door — those moments don't show up in a therapy room. They show up at 5:45pm on a Tuesday, which is exactly when we can be there.
  • No commute means fewer missed sessions. No drive across the county with a dysregulated toddler in the back seat. Less disruption for your whole family, and more consistent hours for your child.

An honest note: in-home isn't right for every child. Some children do better with the structure and peer access of a center-based program. If that's your child, we'll tell you — and we'll help you find one.

A small practice, built on purpose.

Brittany Morgan

Founder & Executive Director (non-clinical)

Brittany built Morgan Therapeutics because she watched families in the Miami Valley get stuck — on waitlists, on hold with insurance, handed from one technician to the next. She runs everything that isn't clinical: intake, funding, scheduling, hiring, and making sure families are actually answered when they call.

"Clinical decisions belong to clinicians. Everything else belongs to someone whose full-time job is making this easier for your family."

Compassionate, assent-based, and built around your child.

Assent-based

We watch for your child's "yes" and we honor their "no." Cooperation is earned, never forced.

Naturalistic

Teaching happens inside play and daily routines, not drills at a table.

Neurodiversity-affirming

Goals target communication, independence, and safety — never masking or "looking typical."

Data-driven

Every session generates data. Every month, we review it with you and adjust.

How care is structured

Two roles, in plain English. The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) assesses your child, writes the treatment plan, and supervises the program. The RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) delivers the day-to-day sessions in your home. The BCBA observes regularly, reviews the data, and adjusts the plan as your child changes.

Before anyone works with your child

  • Background screened
  • HIPAA trained
  • Completed the required 40-hour RBT training
  • Passed a competency assessment with the clinical director
