For providers

Availability now, for the families you'd otherwise put on a list.

Morgan Therapeutics is a new in-home ABA practice in Springboro accepting referrals across Warren and Montgomery Counties — with no waitlist.

Current availability

We are accepting new families now. Typical time from referral to assessment is a few weeks, with the funding authorization timeline being the main variable. We'll tell you plainly if that changes — sending a family to a hidden year-long queue helps nobody.

Who refers to us

We work with the local referral ecosystem directly: pediatricians and developmental pediatricians, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, school psychologists, early-intervention coordinators, and county DD service coordinators.

  • Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities
  • Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities
  • Help Me Grow (Ohio Part C early intervention)
  • Area school districts and preschool special education teams
  • Developmental clinics at the region's children's hospitals
  • Community SLP, OT, and feeding therapy practices

The referral process

  1. Send the referral through the form below, by email, or by fax to [FAX].
  2. We contact the family within one business day.
  3. We verify funding and schedule the assessment.
  4. With consent, we confirm back to you that the family connected.

Documentation we need

  • Diagnostic evaluation documenting autism spectrum disorder
  • Referral or prescription for ABA, where the plan requires one
  • Current IEP, if the family is pursuing the Autism Scholarship
  • Any recent SLP, OT, or psychological reports the family consents to share

Communication back to you

With the family's written consent, we send an initial acknowledgment, a summary of the treatment plan, and periodic progress updates. We'll also join a care conference or IEP meeting when it helps.

Who we're a good fit for

  • Children whose goals live at home: routines, communication, safety, daily living
  • Families who need to start soon and can't absorb a year-long wait
  • Young children where caregiver coaching will do a lot of the work
  • Children already receiving SLP or OT who need coordinated ABA alongside it

Who we're not the right fit for

  • Children who need a center-based program with structured peer access
  • Children with acute safety needs requiring a multi-staff clinical setting
  • Families outside our travel radius, unless scheduling allows an exception
  • Situations where no caregiver can be present during in-home sessions

When we're not the right fit, we say so early and help the family find who is.

Send a referral

Please don't include protected health information in this form — send the child's age range and best contact only, and we'll collect records securely once the family connects.
